I bought tickets for the one-hour tour, it was free and because it was Saturday it worked from 10 am to 10 pm. I arrived at the site on time, in front of the Hotel American, and when the boat arrived I asked the driver if that was the one that my family and I should board. The man did not speak Spanish so I tried to explain to him in English. While he was calling his superiors, I suppose, it started to rain, so he let us all who were there waiting to go up. More people went up as it rained, they would also go on the tour; After we were more or less 30 people, he tells us that that boat would not go out, that we should go out (the rain continued). We explained that we paid for the tour and they indicated that it was taken there, the man in a bad way told us to go out, that we should take the tour if we wanted at the central station (far from that place) and indicated the train. I explained that we are foreigners, we do not know how to use the train, we could get lost (more because it was 9:15 pm, raining, at night, without knowing how to use the locomotion), in addition to that at no time were we warned that we would have to go to another place and pay extra locomotion. The man said "why can't they go? Yes they can", I explained to him again that we wanted what we had paid for and angrily tells us that he couldn't do anything, that it wasn't his problem and he had to go home, we should go out as soon as possible before. It was still raining, 9:30 pm and they tell us in a bad way that we should go and we don't get a response. The only tour we could take was that and I asked him where he could make a claim, some number or website, because we did not use the service and they had already charged us, we paid for something promised and it was not given to us. He tells me, again in a bad way, that we had to go to the central station because there were information there, he did not give us anything to facilitate the claim. In addition, it says that tomorrow we could use the ticket, but we would leave early the next day and it was not our problem that they did not give us what we paid. The driver reiterates that we must leave because he has to leave, and we were left without an answer, paying for a service that we did not use and receiving poor treatment. All this was a couple of minutes ago, today Saturday, August 19, 2017. Terrible attention from the driver, he should have been more friendly, in addition to speaking everything in English because he did not know how to speak Spanish.
