Milk Bar - but not a chocolate bar :P It is kind of post communism place, where you can have kind of a polish cuisine. Friend told me once, only in Poland we eat sour rye soup - worth to try. Either you will like it or not.
Very good for foreigners, they have Menu translated to different languages!!!
