Kempinski is supposedly the best hotel to experience in Portoro . I have also been to lifeclass, which sits next to it and i find rooms more accomodating and friendly. We only stayed in superior doublebed rooms so higher tier rooms are perhaps better then its competitors. The lounge bar prices are certainly oriented towards higher tier guests rather than those that would like to enjoy an evening drink.

Breakfast is very good, service is outstanding and the location is awesome.
