I ve reached out to the main office and to the regional for the property that I live at. I am always told I will receive a call back and NEVER receive one. They also put evictions notices in the main entrance for all to see and read which I believe is very tacky and unprofessional. I myself have never received a notice but I personally feel upset for the families they post all their personal information for all to see and they should be talked to about doing that. They need to put as much effort into the property and tenants as they do in embarrassing them and collecting $$. The properties are not taken care of. My ac is just now actually being worked on because the new maintenance team they have at my property is awesome for the most part they are on top of things, diligently work to get things done and show compassion. I m not sure I can say that for others I honestly hate reaching out to the leasing office because I feel that I annoy them but when I am paying $1250.00 a month that I should have a nice place to live in, with quality appliances, wall paint, and carpeting but everything in these apartments is low end low quality. It s. been over a year with no ac and they also do not clean out their air ducts which is something that routinely has to be done. When I asked for that to be done because my family was sick all of us have asthma and my youngest has a chronic lung disease and we had multiple ER trips due to whatever was in our vents. There was black funk coming out of my vents. I was told I needed a doctors note for them to do so. Which is absolutely not true this is something that needs to be routinely done especially since they allow people to smoke in the apartments. Not only that the room in which my water heater and ac unit is in is absolutely disgusting. There is mold and water damage along with missing pieces of the interior walls. The woodwork inside also has mold on it. The floor is filled with nasty debrie and if I would have saw that before moving in years ago among many other issues I have had I would of never signed a lease. I wish I could attach pictures to show you how nasty it looks in this review. ALSO A BJG SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGERS OF MY PROOERTY (woodsdale) FOR NOT NOTIFYING US THAT A CREW WOULD BE COMING INTO OUR HOME WHEN THE CREW REQUESTED THEY NOTIFY ME BECAUSE WE HAVE A DOG AND ALARM SYSTEM ! I was told the traveling hvac maintenance man asked jan to let us know 1 hour before at the least that they would be coming inside our home & we RECIEVED zero notice . they do not let you know when someone from the company is coming into your home & that is a serious issue! The maintenance hvac tech was great did his job but Once again the leasing office failed the tenants. Also the leasing office staff like to enter your home Without notice and leave notes that s are beyond inappropriate since covid they have not done this. they are always required to give you 24 hours notice before entering unless it s an immediate maintenance emergency .
