Worked indoors at LA fitness & some pools were very humid, with poor air quality... shifts are 9 hours with no breaks & only one guard on duty. Fresh air / breaks are very important but aren t considered? last minute schedule changes would also always happen. Maybe you guys could shorten shifts or have rotations for indoor pools
