I went in to get filling and a root canal. I had went the previous week to get x-rays and they told me I would need a root canal on my front tooth. ( no x-ray shown) so this last time I asked to see the x-ray before I allowed a root Canal on a front tooth. I looked and she was pointing at basically nothing saying see the shadow, uh no my tooth beside it looks worse then the one ur wanting to root canal. The response I got was well let's wait and see if it heals on its own?! OK so I was sedated and they filled cavitys on my left side top and bottom. I went home and drowsy from sedation I went to sleep. I woke up my mouth was throbbing, I called the office not once but twice. They advised the doctor would call back. No call back, two days later I called and advised I Waited for a call back and my gums were swollen. They first said they do walk in until 530 pm. I Said ok what time is lunch break, well we don't take one then she tried to schedule me in. Needless to say I opted to schedule a appointment but didn't go( I have a two year old, running and jumping to go to a dentist when they say to is a task). I already am worry of dentist, this made it a hell of alot worse. Both my top and bottom gums on the side they filled are swollen. It hurts all around now. When I woke up a man was there and made the remark I didn't need to come back until December. I wish that was the case. Ppl really need to consider if they can't do their profession right finding another one. Don't use the excuse ur understaffed because a judge won't see it that way when comfort dental gets slapped with a law suit. If u can't do ur job in a professional manner and to the best to ur training / certification don't do it. This is ppl lively hood. Now I know why ppl including myself are terrified of dentist smh.
