As part of my preparation for TAGE MAGE, I purchased the "Tage Mage Bible Edition 2019" by Franck Attelan. This book is a real educational support giving clear and effective instructions on the methodology to adopt. Lack of luck, it was missing about 25 pages in the copy in my possession. Preferring to call Aurlom rather than Fnac, what was my surprise when after sharing my problem with the team, it spontaneously offered me not only a new book, well complete this time but also a weekend of intensive preparation at TAGE-MAGE worth 360. Very nice gesture of the team who knew how to turn this misadventure into an opportunity. Thank you !
