COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!

COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!
I baught 2 tickets to the o degree festival and it was cancelled a week before the show due to Snow!!!! Now I'm out over $400 and they will do nothing to compensate or refund our purchase. HOW DO U CANCEL A FESTIVAL AT A SKI RESORT DUE TO SNOW? COMPLETE SCAMMING AT ITS BEST. DO NOT SKI OR VACATION HERE!!!
