I buy the iPhone 5s and it was not describe buy the seller that was stolen. I open the case against seller but eBay goes with favor to seller and close the case. When I called eBay. They said, the case has been closed and we cant do anything. And refuse to open the case. so, eBay allowed people to sell the stolen stuff. Watch out when you buy anything on eBay.
