As a seller on Ebay if you have a problem with PayPal they will not help you at all. My paypal account has been limited, have not been paid for items I have shipped, nor have I been paid for the shipping. Now Ebay is demanding that I pay my monthly invoice fees they don't help me received my money from PayPal I can't pay them either.
