I didn t stay at the Ampersand Hotel as a guest, but I did visit to try their afternoon tea. It is science themed, and they have a kids, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option as well as champagne or cocktail add ons. I chose the standard Science Afternoon Teapot Tails which comes with a cocktail for each course. Each element was prepared with such creativity and care! The staff was also amazingly friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
