The past few years I've bought quite a few Tekton tools. Yesterday, a Sunday, I broke my Tekton torque wrench I've been using hard for a couple years. So I sent in a warranty claim on the website saying the ratcheting mechanism no longer works. Less than 24 hours later they have already sent me a replacement via FedEx. Great customer service.
