I have worked at Independence Village Brighton Valley, for almost 2 years now, and I love it! Everyone who works here, cares for the residents as if they were a loved one, of their own. They exceed in being professional, and still have the empathy that is genuine and unmatched. The culinary department is incredible and the food fantastic! The housekeeping staff does great work, and are so personable and kind. The maintenance team works tirelessly to keep such a large community running, and still have the caring in all they do. I am very honored to be a part of this awesome compassionate team, and love how everyone here makes meaningful connections in everyone's lives, every day.
