Everyone working at the testing center was super friendly! However, wait times are extremely long. I went to the center on 3 different occasions. The first occasion I got there around 5:30 PM, to only be turned away because they were at capacity. Second time I arrived around lunch time and the line was extremely long and figured that I should just try again in the morning. I got to the test center around 7:00 AM and the line up was already behind the back of the building. However, line went pretty quickly and I got out of the center around 9:15 AM. Try coming in the morning as early as possible to ensure you aren't waiting for hours.
