The water slide was only open on the weekend even tho it was spring brake. My friend found a burnt piece of paper in her cheeseburger, and then they charged us for a new burger. The fan in the room did not work so we couldn't sleep. And there was no hot water in the first room so we had to move rooms. And the tv was stuck at 50 volume so it was so loud we couldn't even watch anything. I know it sounds like I'm exadurating but I'm really not. I'm very confused on how this place has 4 stars
