I really appreciate the support I had from Stephanie at the service department during my last visit at Gateway Toyota. Excellent on providing accurate cost estimate, ordering parts and scheduling the needed repairs for windshield glass replacement and headlights upgrades I have recently got done on my car.
Also a big Shout Out to Sadie (Finance Services Manager) I asked a quick question about details of dent repair program to repair a dent on my new car, Sadie was so kind to take the time to contact the dealership I bought the car from, got all the details of the program for me and gave me the number I needed to call, I was able to get the dent repaired couple days later. It s very evident that Gateway Toyota Edmonton leaders take their time to hire the right people to provide the best service for their customers.
