I'm the owner of Hoover painting company. I have done jobs for J Francis on several of there job sites. I'm a fourth generation painting contractor and have followed and seen a lot of remodeling contractors work. My crew and myself have been extremely pleased on how J Francis company conducts business with subs and homeowners. They are extremely good with all the detail and there workmanship is exceptional!!!
