Connor the guy whom answers the phone is rude and doesn't seem to care about anything / miserable person! We for the shop!!
Dropped off my bike 2 days ago the said it will be looked at in the next 24 hours and still can't get:
The bike looked at
A time frame as to when it will be looked
A manager on the phone & or a time in which i can speak to a manager!
I already know what's wrong but need conformation and they don't even know when the part will come in ! i thought moving to a bigger location would be helpful for them! I guess it's just a storage facility to hold backed up bike repairs!
