We booked a Tea & Cake with Santa visit here and were very glad when we saw before booking that gluten-free options would be available, and that we should ask for these when we arrive. My wife asked one of the helpers for the gluten-free option in the first couple of minutes, but nothing turned up, and before we knew it we were told the session was over. She wasn't able to eat any of the other food.

I emailed Painshill straight after, and after 5 days got a response that was effectively "we've asked everyone and we don't know why it happened". There was no apology for gluten-free options not being available.

Avoid if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies - they don't seem to take them seriously.
