The service my husband and I received was very poor. After an unforeseen situation arose with our travel plans my husband emailed the travel agent to see what could be done so we wouldn't lose the entire value of our trip. She was less than helpful. I then personally called and spoke with her. She was rude, very short with me and not at all empathetic. It was very evident that she was more concerned with making a sale than gaining a customer. I even emailed her my concerns and she didn't even have the courtesy to email me back saying "I'm sorry you felt this way, thank you for your feedback, etc." My husband and I travel often and we will never again book with Valente Travel.
