Our service representative, Dean, while relatively friendly to my husband, completely ignored me. Instead, he chose to focus solely on my husband...I can only assume because I am a woman. (I only even know the guy's name because he wore a nametag, he didn't even so much as introduce himself). Little did Dean realize that the car (a Challenger) we were looking at was actually for me. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
