Very bad. Rooms were not ready during the check-in...

Very bad. Rooms were not ready during the check-in at 3 p.m. which is already quite late. Have to wait until 5 pm. The room was not cleaned properly and my room was not re-laid and towels changed 2nd day. We were with a group and could not eat because it was full. Half of the tables were empty. The employees are not that flexible and it is very difficult if you want to arrange something
