This office is horrible. I had surgery at st Rita's hospital and the drs office called to precert it. I called also to double check and was told that it would be paid at 100%. When I received the bill from Lima anesthesia it only paid 80%, when I called them they were rude and told me they didn't take my insurance. My company actually sent it in again to be paid at 100%. They only wrote off $410 out of thousands that they paid, and this office then sent me a $410 bill. I pay for my insurance, I paid the deductible, co-pays, and they took my insurance companies money-- but again told me they don't take my plan so I was responsible. They then told me I need to precert anesthesia separate, I should have asked my anesthesiologist in the 5 min consultation before my surgery if he accepted my insurance, and won't take any money off. Both this office and St Rita's get this complaint all the time... so how many people are they sucking 100% of their inflated bill from? It's ridiculous. I work at a hospital and my Human Resources couldn't believe they were doing this for a needed surgery. Stay away from these people and St Rita's hospital because they keep letting them do it. Horribly rude!
