We are ServiceOne customers, but due to exclusions, our dishwasher was not covered by ServiceOne. Joaquin R. came to our home to install a new motor for our dishwasher. He took the time to discuss our options and let us know the risk involved regarding having an appliance that was not yet covered by ServiceOne worked on. Essentially, rather than simply do the job and take our money, Joaquin let us know that it would be more cost effective and less risky to purchase a new dishwasher.
