Just wondering if anyone else is getting calls ask...

Just wondering if anyone else is getting calls asking to remove negative reviews. My husband posted a review and I have gotten a couple of calls asking what they can do to fix the situation. I did not write the review, my husband did. With that being said, I decided to review his review and some others and noticed that no one seems to be getting what the ad on the radio is advertising, after the last call here at home, I told them they need to call my husband and discuss it with him, my husband has explained the reason for his review to me, and I have also read it and others and agree. If you have 2500 to 3500 to put down go ahead. They are for you, but if you are looking for them to hold to the one dime down, credit amnesty and income of at least 350 a week. That does not seem to be true. My husband is an E6 and he has had numerous other lots say they can get him into a truck with a lower down payment, they staright out told him they could not do it and offered him cars he did not want (I was there for that part), and honestly we were only in there maybe 20 minutes when they came back with numerous cars on the lot. We have 4 kids. We already own a SUV, all we wanted was a used pickup truck that could hold all us comfortably. I do know that they read the reviews, so please do not call myself or my husband asking what you can do unless you have a truck you can put him into with decent miles and credit amnesty. I would definitely be cautious, because false advertising is illegal in the state of Texas as a business woman I am very aware of the way transactions should take place and according to my husband and the reviews in the last month listed you are breaking state and federal laws by advertising falsely on the radio etc and then telling the consumer when they arrive they do not qualify for that program and must give them 2500 to 3000 down versus a dime. That their credit does not matter if they make at least 350 a week. This is known as something being material in their decision to come into your location. My husband has vocalized that he had a credit amnesty approval online before coming in and then was told once he came in he does not qualify. The state and federal government calls this bait and switch and based on what I have read and heard legally my husband and others who say they have been victim to the same practice have legal grounds to report you especially in the case that my husband is active duty military and can report this to JAG.
