Great job! I was having a hard time connecting my neat scanner to my new Mac computer. Instructions were sent to me on how to up date the driver but I couldn t quite figure out how to do it. The representative was very helpful and patient with me and set up a time to log in to fix the issue himself. Everything is in perfect working order and it only took a few minutes. The Neat Receipt staff did an exceptional job getting me back up and running!! Thank you so much!
