I was in a very serious car accident 3 years ago this past October. While coming to a stop for stopped traffic in front of me I was hit from behind by a car driving at a high rate of speed. After hitting me my car was shoved @ 20 to 30 yards slamming into the stopped SUV in front of me. The rear end of my car was demolished and my rear bumper was crushed up to the rear passenger door. During the force of the collision I heard and felt a snapping and popping sound in my lower back. An MRI revealed that one of my discs was protruding into my spinal cord, another 2 mm and the cord would have been sevard.

After @ a month of diagagnosis and the begining of treatment for my many injuries I sought legal assistance from a good friend. After working with me and the insurance companies for @ a year my case took a quantum leap in fiscal responsibilities and my attorney referred me to John Zervanos so that I would be able to achieve the best judgement and renumeration from the insurance companies that were not interested in my condition and proper care anymore and seemed to be looking for any way that they could "duck" from their responsibility.
