I never got a chance to go as they cancelled my ap...

I never got a chance to go as they cancelled my appts twice with no explanation except that the time was no longer available. First time was the day of the appt. The second time was the day after they had just rescheduled me. Nothing "mindful" or "urgent" about this kind of treatment.
