I rang up today for a quote to replace clutch and flywheel in the usual civil manner and was talking to a female who answered the phone. I gave my name and she would not give hers. I gave the details for a quote and she, whoever it was, said would call back later this afternoon with a quote. I thanked her.

As obtaining quotes from A1 Clutches in Cannock and other garages I was on the phone and missed a call. I called back straightaway so about 20 mins from missed call. I said had a missed call from a young lady, but did not have name to ask for. I appreciated the male answering as Rick giving his name and gave my own. He thought I was being rude in not knowing the name of the female who refused to give me her name!
He said I could take my car elsewhere-I said called back as a matter of courtesy and no intention of doing so as their reviews for bad manners are now proven accurate and that A1 Clutches in Cannock were caring, engaging and gave openly gave their names without asking. As a legal/consumer expert for many years I reprimanded Rick for a person who hides their name does so for no good customer care reason. Things going wrong happens to many, but a business not being big enough to own it and to apologise is the sign of very immature behaviour and not being consistent in giving good service.

My hard won money is not given for the disrespect of others-it is certainly
my indication from 2 people at A1 Clutches Tipton that the company is not well served by them and should be a training and if not dealt with then
a dismissal issue.
