Having been with hostmonster for some 14 years, and having many unusual customizations, I had put off moving for years knowing it would take a month to get everything back to normal. But the terrible tech support and continued bad experiences at that company made me bite the bullet and move to A2. I shouldn't have waited so long! A2's expert migration team moved every bit of my content and functionality without a hitch! I could hardly believe the name servers were moved when I saw how well everything was working after the move! The one time I did have a problem and reported it, the tech support team isolated the problem down to a specific line of code in one of my files, AND offered to fix it for me if I wasn't sure how.
