Horrible experience with this mutual, to flee ... do not make the mistake of joining with them ... we left this mutual a year ago now because of the different big problems:
- personal membership in 2011, deregistration in 2012 without warning me .. after multiple steps to be reimbursed, everything finally returned to order at the end of 2012
- Thinking that I had not had any luck at the beginning of the experience with them, I decide to reattach my family consisting of my wife and my son at the end of 2018 (everything is fine)
- at the beginning of 2019, it starts again, my wife and my son are not on the third-party payment card.
- they find my son by magic in February 2019. still impossible to find my wife ...
- problems also with reimbursements, pharmacies remind us because we have unpaid bills due to the mutual which is not activated.
- we decided to stop everything in April 2019 because after 4 months, no sound, no image concerning my wife, more problems with the amount of contributions.
After numerous calls throughout the year 2019 to try to regularize the situation, various trips to the branch (when they are open, that is to say not often), the online advisers note our problems because they can never solve them. . they supposedly pass on our recommendations to their superiors. They have to call us back but never do.
- last point: they are unable to remove the teletransmission which is activated for our son. results, we are unable to have reimbursements with the new mutual.
