I have been a customer for over a decade. We are an internet business running 10 computers or more. That have repaired at least a dozen computers for us successfully over the years- several with failed hard drives in which they successfully recovered our info. The owner and staff have always been great to deal with. It is such a relief to work with a company that really "knows what its doing"... It irritates me that some people have left poor reviews mainly because they felt a repair should have cost less than it did. For first rate work, I'm willing to pay a fair price. I'm very grateful we have this resource. I like and trust them so much, I have shipped computers from our South Carolina office to Maine to be fixed.
