We purchased tickets for the Def Leppard concert on July 27th. As I'm in the office, I am emailed the receipt that I had purchased the tickets. Ticket King said they'd email me the tickets. We went to Target Field and hadn't received the tickets. I called and the place was closed. We ended up scalping another set of tickets. I emailed customer service and they were quick to get back and sent a copy of the email that was sent along with the tickets. I was already inside the stadium and they said they can't refund me the money. The issue I have is that I never received the original email with the tickets! I'm not out to scam anyone so I was hoping they'd take my word for it that I never received the email. It's not in my junk mail, I didn't accidentally delete it either. Other than their response of not supporting their customer, they were very nice people. (Update: Ticket King reimbursed me today for the tickets so I appreciate them working with me.)
