I am a 30 year Florida resident (and business owner) and have dealt with many organizations (including marine) and staff over the years. I have to say that Josh S. was top shelf and great to work with. He stayed in touch with me, explained the entire process, answered my calls and texts immediately and we were able to coordinate the pick-up of my boat to take to BW. Very smooth process and highly recommended.
