I realise I should have been a lot more savvy and I should have checked the reviews before using Harrogate Enterprise Car Hire

I shall keep my comments brief, I just want to share my stressful experience.



* During the collection process, snagging of the vehicle was not carried out.



* Upon return of the vehicle, I pointed out the pre-existing dent on the wheel arch by the passenger side and couple of rusty scratches on the back and side door. I explained that they existed before my hire and showed them the photos I had taken upon reaching home just after the collection, (3.6 miles away from the hire centre, via main roads). I also pointed out that no snagging was carried out during the vehicle collection process. They said they will check the hire records and contact me later.



* The actual reality was different from what they presented. The fact being that the dent and scratches were already there and no snagging had taken place. They were not aware that my partner was sitting in the car and watched the whole process of signing and collection of the vehicle.


* It is interesting that I never received in writing (or explaination


* I shall be writing a brief summary to the head office just so that they are aware. Well, it is goodbye from me to the Enterprise hire company.
