The Upper Hutt multicultural council is a non-profit organisation that endeavours to further the cause of not only migrants and immigrants but to also raise the public awareness of all cultures that exist in New Zealand. They have a 'shopfront' at 2 Russell street, Upper Hutt. All are welcomenif only for a cup of tea and a chat.
