Ordered test strips and lancets almost a month ag...

Ordered test strips and lancets almost a month ago.
Still don't have them. I called and the girl on the phone had lots of excuses.
She said Dr. didn't send prescription. I know they did !
Order still not shipped.
All of this BS didn't happen when I went to Costco and walked out with my order.
Customer service is lousy !
