Live your life without internet if this is your only option. Terrible, just terrible. I was told I could have internet serviced to my address, after getting the run around, I finally had a service tech come out to my address. He told me the Tap was more than 300 feet from my house and that I would have to pay over $1000 to have them install cable line to my house. I asked him if I could run my own cable line in a conduit from the Tap to my house. He said that shouldn't be a problem. $250 dollars later the cable line and conduit are run from my house to the tap. One small problem. Their tap is broken. I call them and tell them that their tap is broken and it needs to be replaced. Service tech number 2 comes out. He tells me he can't replace it and hook up my cable because it is not how they do things. So no i am out $250 bucks after getting dragged around by these people for the last month.
