For the past 2 months I have had little to absolutely no connection. I have to call customer service every other day and multiple times in a day. Work and study cannot be done on some days. Whenever calling customers service I always reach the same consultant who seems to regurgitate the same information with nothing new to offer or an alternative to solving the problem. We are always spoken to as if we have an IT background. It is frustrating not to have a steady internet connection, my previous connection was at a lower speed than I have now, but I did not experience half the problems I have now. Unfortunately the service provider cannot be changed according to Century Property 21 which means that Clear access amidst lockdown regulations forcing people to be home, needs to offer a better service. A service is being paid for with very poor service delivery this is simply unacceptable!
