My husband and I were thrilled to watch our 5 and 6 yrs olds on the last day of their first 2 week session ~ they feared not the water, and they were swimming all 4 strokes to boot!! Our six year old also learned to dive, which is something that we never would have thought possible because of his cautious nature. We highly recommend this camp, the instructors are highly-trained and most of them are competitive swimmers! This legendary camp was highly recommended by many: our nanny's son was enrolled in this camp 15 years ago, and my daughter's classmate's mother went to this camp as a child and went on to swim competitively. Our children LOVE Mrs. Ackermann's swim camp, they had lots of fun in and out of the water playing games and doing crafts during break time, and we look forward to returning year after year!!
