Tremendous. Tried to replace a car insurance with a new car; I gave up. Tried to insure a new car for my wife: almost a week to do it, due to incomplete communications (at the departure point it was not told which documents I had to send, which was clarified only after several phone calls). Slow system. On the other hand, very short waits to speak to a person. They are good at this.
