I suppose that it is this department which manages the SNCF transport network in Ile de France and bears responsibility for the maintenance of rolling stock and the maintenance of lines?
The result of the work is zero across the board! no consideration for users: equipment more and more often broken down causing significant disruption, more and more frequent delays (even if now "on time" it is less than five minutes late when in the 90s it was less than two minutes) and above all a total contempt for the users in the planning of track maintenance operations: this planning is done in a stupid way by people who have absolutely no thought, just a recent example: Total interruption of RER C runs between Javel and Austerlitz Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July: the first weekend of major vacations when people have to reach the stations !! Completely silly!
