I have a service contract with CWA they have alway...

I have a service contract with CWA they have always called to schedule my appointment for spring and fall maintenance. I have not received that call this year. I called this morning to schedule an appointment. The person who I spoke with was rude on the phone and I couldn't schedule my spring maintenance until june 28th. Halfway through summer. This type of delay can cause my system to fail prematurely. I am now confused on why I am paying for a contract that the company can't preform the work in a timely manner. This contract is for preventative maintenance.
