I applied for a job here and I received an email from Vicki Landes telling me about the job. It was written like a computer-generated form letter with my full name written out, that was the first red flag. At the end, it asked me to contact her if I was interested and I would have an interview. I contacted her with interest and never heard another word. Very unprofessional.

Niagara Falls isn't exactly overflowing with qualified candidates, so one would think a person in a position to hire would actually call a candidate rather than send an email in the first place. Nevertheless, the entire process showed me this wouldn't be a good fit for me. After all, if one doesn't even think enough of applicants to call them or even respond to a message, I can only imagine what it would be like working for someone who operates that way.
