Sent defective part that did not fail but was Dead...

Sent defective part that did not fail but was Dead on Arrival. Made me jump through the hoops, pay for two-way shipping, provide receipts from a shop AND would replace with the same garbage "brand" only. No returns. No customer service other than via email. Responses are prompt but always inconclusive and barely coherent.
No way I would ever buy a box of matches from this outfit again.
