I purchased a 300.00 piece of electronics from Rock, it came in damaged, tried calling, they have no live customer service representative and I also couldn't send back because they want it to be returned in the box it came in. They don't tell you this prior to ordering. Do yourself a favor "DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH ROCK AUTO"
