Check in was easy and quick. Had the timing belt replaced on my 2015 Chevy Sonic. Car is back on the road and ready to take on the next 100,000 miles. The repairs took a day longer than I was told. I would have liked a heads up that it was going to take longer, maybe an email or text or something. It was also a little unclear if appointments are necessary or if I should just drive in whenever I'm feeling like getting maintenance done. Easy and quick check out.
