Unfortunately USAA sent these guys to my house aft...

Unfortunately USAA sent these guys to my house after damage to my roof. I received quotes on my own from other roofing companies showing extensive damage, I sent the photos to USAA and they sent All Cat back out to my house for another look. All Cat turned around, changed the dates on the quote and resubmitted - I'm literally in shock. This is so unacceptable!
