I was very excited to see a grocery outlet open near normally I have to drive 14 miles and its worth the drive. Perhaps this one will improve with time not that many deals or gourmet products plus managers and cashier need to be taught if a scanner makes an error that it could be wrong because it's human error when it's programmed there is nothing more annoying when you have two employees telling you the scanner is right and I'm wrong, so I go back to the aisle pull the sign and hand it to them and instead of he manager giving an apology she says just go ahead and give it to him at that price, now everyone behind me is giving me look and I had to run back twice once to make sure I was right and the second time to pull the sign am I supposed to say thank you? Poor customer service.
