Management is allowed to lie and try to bully employees without consequences. No kind of pay raises. You're expected to use bad and often broken equipment. The plant manager is constantly trying to take away hours instead of giving overtime, but they want more production. And there are cameras in most booths watching you constantly. Bad place to work all around.
